I my apartment there are two bedrooms. One with one double bed and one with two single beds. It’s possible to add a folding bed for the 5th person.

Suite is on the second e. No lift. The bed is fairly new and comfortable.

It enhanced my experience in Venice
- The all day breakfast was really nice. The fridge was full of food and everything was supplied at all times. It really felt like I lived there. There is everything you need to cook as well. -I haven't met the host however he texted me to ask if I need anything and sent a lot of useful tips about the best way to get there from the airport and frequently asked if anything is needed. He responded quickly in case something was needed. -The location was wonderful, you just step out of the house and walk for 30 seconds and are on the St. Marco square. Everything was nearby and it made Venice an incredible experience. Sometimes I wanted to go outside in the evening and I would just go to St. Marco, and sit there listening to the live music and watch the amazing view of the Basilica. The location is 10/10! - Comfortable bed!
Everything was good, it is quite an expensive place but as I said you really get an unforgettable experince in return. The room was a bit small too, but that did not bother me.

The location, the self-serve table available the whole day, the quaint room, Michele's friendliness.
I suppose someone making breakfast for you is nice to have on holiday but certainly does not detract from the overall experience!

Wonderful B&B located right in the heart of town. Easy access to everything and great hosts!
Awesome location. We didn't even realize how close we were to St. Mark's Square. In spite of being close, this place is located at the end of a quiet street, so you really don't hear the noise of the crowds. Just the bells from the church and clock. The owners were super responsive. Always checking to make sure we had everything we needed and that was really appreciated. We had full access to a kitchen and food to make breakfast. It was nice to be able to make coffee or have a snack. A/C was great and we would definitely book here again.
Wifi reception was spotty in the actual apartment. Sometimes had to move around toward the window or go to the breakfast room (steps away from room) to get better reception, but other than that, everything else was great.
